Effective 1 October 2021, all public course attendees must show proof of full vaccination and government-issued photo ID before entering the classroom.

This EMR Upgrade course is designed for people who have a current First Responder certificate and wish to upgrade to the more advanced EMR certification.  This course follows the latest First Aid & CPR Guidelines and meets the OHS standards for Advanced First Aid.  Emergency Medical Responder Upgrade certification is valid for 3 years and includes CPR and Automated External Defibrillation (AED). Click here for the course description.  Our Emergency Medical Responder Upgrade course starts at 8am and is approximately 40-44 hours long (4 days). 

Pre-Requisites: Current First Responder certificate.
