It is becoming all too familiar – injuries and fatalities on road-building projects. Traffic control people play a pivotal role in road safety by ensuring motorists are aware of road construction activity in the area and controlling traffic. In doing so, traffic control persons (TCP) put themselves in the line of danger.

This module will explain the techniques, equipment, and legal requirements for traffic control persons in a construction environment.
