Course Description:
Workplace injury and illness prevention is a shared responsibility of employers and employees. If an injury or illness occurs, it’s important for the employer and the injured employee to focus on getting that employee back to meaningful and suitable work as soon as possible. This module provides an overview of return to work requirements in your province and offers strategies and resources for managers for setting up a successful RTW program.

Testing conducted throughout this course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course if the pass mark is not achieved.
