Course Description:
This program offers learners with the theory behind confined space entry. Upon completion, participants will be knowledgeable about confined space requirements under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and will be able to recognize confined spaces, describe the major hazards, identify controls, and understand how to safely enter a confined space.

Testing conducted throughout this course is designed to reinforce the information presented. A mark of 80% must be achieved in order to receive a certificate of completion. Participants are able to repeat the course if the pass mark is not achieved.
